So far I placed a few orders on this website all the way from the Netherlands. Each time I have been suprised about the quality of the products and the speed of the delivery, for both the free shipping and the regular 'faster' shipping methods.Whether it was clothing, a stylus for my Iphone or stuff for my bycicle, everything has been good!Also, support has been good aswell, I have placed several questions and each time it was answered fast.I will order from this website again for sure! I'm a happy customer!

we did really like the dress we received however the zipper was faulty and had to be pinned the night of the event as it wouldn't work and then had to be cut to take the dress off. Pretty disappointing for a teen to go to a prom like that but that was the only option

Today is October 4th. I was told my dress would be here by the 6th. I've not had any communications with the co.since they received my payment. This is actually a time sensitive order as I need it asap. I dont have time to look for another dress, I paid the expedited ship. rate. I dont know what to do. Lisa McDaniel

Please note that you cann't enlarge dresses/etc. and move around on the picture--only half of the box shows up and at the bottom of the page. Might want to fix that.Also, please give the length of both the short/long prom dresses, etc. in your item details. It's really hard to know if a gown will be long enough by looking at the pictures-each and every gown will be a different length/as well as the short dresses. I'm 6.0 tall and really, need a gown with at least a 64 length if I'm to wear heels. I see we can custom size but more inform is needed as to whether or not we'll have to do a custom order. We cann't guess at the length. THANK YOU

I'm very interested in this dress. it is very sketchy that you dont show your version of the dress though. Im concerned if i get it then it will be a different shade or a crapy fabric or wont fit. I would also use the custom sizing but i wpuld need the dress by September 4.

I Ordered my wedding dress of this web site and was very happy with what i recived. I sent my measurment over and had it customized produced and it fits perfectly. It excally the same as while in the photo if not much better, and it had been delivered very promptly. Would defintly advocate this web page to other people and are going to be ordering other stuff once again soon. Many thanks for making my wedding gown of you a enjoyable experince

They have wide range of merchandise and with a nice price... I found the perfect item for my wedding decoration. The delivery was quick and problem free.this internet site use UPS, and because of this my delivery wasn't hold up in customs, and this shortened the deliverytime by about a week.And the products was sent the same day as i ordered.Because of this internet site I found the perfect decoration for my perfect wedding ceremony!I've allready suggested this web site for others, and I will buy far more from them all over again.And i like the customer provider - used the dwell chat and acquired just the answers I needed.

I promised if we had a good experience with this web site that we would submit a review.My Quickly to get wife ordered her Marriage ceremony dress from this site. We couldn't believe how a great deal cheaper it was. When she saw the picture on the dress she fell in love with it and which was the one particular she wanted. Following we positioned the buy we saw many with the negative evaluations on this web site. She almost received sick and was pretty stressed. We have been getting married in a month and we had been worried that it might not get here on time. We live in Denmark although I am originally from the US. We talked to a rep there and she advised us it will be here on time for our wedding.To our surprise we obtained the dress in two weeks. In half the time they said it will. Although I am not allowed to see it yet. She loved it. She informed me that it looked specifically like the picture. She ordered a veil and a small coat that goes over it and some gloves and they all match

The only thing keeping me from rating this transaction 'Excellent' is the fact that I never received shipping information from Bluefly and had to call them to find out when the order had been sent.

It's a nice looking dress but I didn't like the final product. It also didn't fit me well. I'd to return the dress in the Blufly pre-paid UPS label. It has been almost three weeks and I don't have any notice from Bluefly regarding receiving my return (over $300.00). After contacting them via e-mail, I was informed that it takes up to 30 days to receive back your credit and you'll not be notified until it's processed. Comparing with other on-line companies, this is very inconvenient.

The shipment time was longer than I expected, I didn't receive a response when I sent an inquiry through gmail (having used Google checkout), and it wasn't pointed out that an item was canceled until I received the package and saw that it was canceled.
